Redwood Rx Mini Retreat

Location: Henry Cowell State Park. at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park in Felton. The Redwood Rx Mini Retreat will be led by nature connection guide Kai Siedenburg. Kai has 30+ years of experience connecting people with nature as a path to greater peace, joy and healing; she is also the author of three books of nature poems and practices.
